BAREFOOT WINERY POPSICLES

PRODUCT PACKAGING DESIGN

Jennifer Wall is a native Californian, mother of three, and the world’s most awarded winemaker. Twenty years ago, Jen brought her curiosity, creativity, and good vibes to Barefoot Wine Company. However, if Barefoot Winery wanted to step outside of its comfort zone, I would create a new line of products that incorporates their wines-specifically, popsicles with a summer beach theme.

The primary goal of this project is to create a new logo, a pattern that will be used for the brand’s promotional assets and the popsicle packaging itself. The final logo is a san serif font that has been altered in order to fit within the shapes of each letter. The letters are arranged in a way that shows a bit of movement which creates a dynamic energy. The final popsicle packaging was left half clear so that it creates a fresh and cool look. The patterns that are on the packaging shows a sunny California because Barefoot is rooted in California but it also denotes summer.
